Emma: I have spent all of my career - spanning 30 years - working in primary schools. and I loves working with children; their energy, curiosity and ability to live in the moment is inspiring.
Over the years I have noticed a decrease in children’s wellbeing. This began to ignite my passion to study more about children’s mental health and became a kids mindfulness and mindset mentor. At the same time, I ensure that I practice my own self-care too.
MiniMe Mindfulness® aligns with all my core values of wishing to make a real difference in our community and having a positive impact on our children’s future and well-being.
As a mum of two girls, I know too well how the stresses of life impact them, so I whole-heartedly want to give our children the tools they deserve to live a life with more confidence, resilience, and happiness.”
